Getting Started
Our goal is to be a key partner in the care of your dog. Getting to know you and your dog is critical to providing your dog with the care that is appropriate for his or her individual needs.
Before you can book for a visit, please follow these steps to make your enrollment easy! Feel free to contact our office with any questions!
STEP 1
Create a customer and dog profile in our online customer portal. Click the "GET STARTED" button below and follow the prompts to set up a new customer account
STEP 2
Check your dog’s vaccines. Scan and upload them to your customer portal. We require:
- Rabies
- Distemper (DHPP / DA2PP)
- Bordetella
We also accept titers.
STEP 4
Request a booking online
Call us at 440.759.9071. We can discuss your needs, collect your contact information, schedule an initial visit and discuss any necessary forms and requirements.
